A lanolin-based corrosion inhibitor formulated as a float coating for ballast tanks, voids, rudders, coffer dams, and other inaccessible spaces. Also known as “Liquid A.”

Resistant to salt water and salt spray. Lighter than water: pumped into a ballast tank, it forms a floating layer that deposits a protective coating on tank surfaces as water levels rise and fall. Reacts with moisture to form a soft gel barrier, displaces moisture, and has a high flash point. Its low viscosity penetrates heavily rusted surfaces and the inner cores of wire rope. Several years between applications. Also suited to machinery and equipment in indoor storage.

Application: Pump into the tank and fill slowly to the very top, then drain at about 1 inch per minute. The coating adheres to the tank walls. Inspect visually to confirm full coverage.

Cure: Allow 2–3 days.
