Interthane 990 is a two-component aliphatic acrylic polyurethane finish giving excellent durability and long-term recoatability.

57% volume solids. Built for demanding industrial environments — offshore structures, chemical and petrochemical plants, bridges, pulp and paper mills, and power industry assets. Suitable for new construction and maintenance work. Not recommended for immersion service. Designed to be topcoated with itself. Contains isocyanate — spray application requires an air-fed hood.

Available in 1-gallon and 5-gallon kits. Combine Part A and Part B at a 6:1 mix ratio by volume per the technical data sheet.

Coverage: 457 sq ft per gallon theoretical at 2 mils DFT. Recommended 2–3 mils DFT per coat.

Pot life 2 hrs at 77°F. Touch dry 90 min. Recoat opens at 6 hrs. VOC 3.50 lb/gal.
