Chockfast Orange PR-610TCF is a specially formulated 100% solids, two-component inert filled casting compound for chocking and grouting, designed to withstand severe marine and industrial environments involving a high degree of physical and thermal shock.

Non-shrinking, with very high impact and compressive strength — 19,000 psi compressive (ASTM D695 MOD). Passes MIL-S-901C Navy high-impact shock test. Approved or accepted for marine use by ABS, Lloyd's Register, Bureau Veritas, DNV, and most major regulatory agencies. For use under diesel and gas engines, reduction gears, generators, compressors, pumps, bearing blocks, and crane rails. Typical pour depths ½–4 in. steel-to-steel; ½–2 in. concrete-to-steel.

Sold as a complete pre-measured unit: 7.2 lbs resin in a 1-gal can, 7.9 oz hardener bottle. Mix and pour — no special tools or skills required.

Coverage: 120 cu in per unit. Application temperature 55–95°F.

Pot life 30 min at 70°F. Cure: 18 hrs above 70°F; 24 hrs at 66–70°F; 48 hrs at 55–68°F.
