A solvent-free patching compound for repairing pits, cracks and voids in steel, concrete, wood and other surfaces, with the unique ability to be mixed, applied and cured underwater.

Epoxy polyamide, 99% solids by volume, 0 g/L VOC as supplied. Self-priming on most surfaces and over most generic types of coatings. Apply by hand, trowel or broad knife from 125 mils (1/8") up to 2" thick; for patches deeper than 1/2", embed a steel or fiberglass support plate. Cures to a flat finish and can be topcoated with epoxies or polyurethanes. Apply at 50–100°F; do not apply or cure in water below pH 6 or above 9, or in solutions containing solvents.

Kit contents: 0.90 gal Part A + 0.90 gal Part B (1.8 gal total). Combine at a 1:1 mix ratio by volume — scoop equal amounts from each can and knead by hand, gloves kept wet with water, until a uniform olive green. Mix only what can be applied within the working time.

Coverage: 13 sq ft per gallon at 1/8" (125 mils), approx. 23 sq ft per 1.8-gal kit. Thicker applications cover proportionally less; allow for loss in mixing and application.

Cure schedule: Working time at 70°F is 40 min for a golf-ball-size mix, 30 min for baseball-to-softball size, and 15 min for a 1/2-gal mix; halved above 80°F. At 75°F and 1/8" thick: dry to touch 2 hrs, dry to handle or topcoat 8 hrs, recoat within 24 hrs (after that, abrade before recoating).
